Peanut Dressing

¾ cup water

¾ cup peanut butter

2 Tbsp Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

pinch of kelp granules (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until throughly combined. More or less water can be added for a thinner or thicker consistency. Drizzle over salad or use as dipping for vegetables.

Makes 1 ½ cups
