Frank's Hot Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower

⅔ cup Frank's RedHot sauce

⅓ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut cauliflower florets into quarter. Mix together the remaining ingredients and then toss with cauliflower. Spread out onto lined or greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
